Examples of delivery costs:
- Transport by Puudelicatessen car (in the small and medium-sized regions, Nummela and a few other areas) €15-20, freight exemption limit depending on the area €40-200. Deliveries in Nummela and the small and medium-sized regions weekly, to other areas less often and if necessary, it is worth asking for a delivery time estimate separately.
- Parcel delivery to a pick-up point (for products under 2 meters) €10, free of charge for orders over €100
- Freight delivery for long products depending on weight usually €35-70, free of charge for orders over €1000
- Parquets delivered from factories (Puudelicatessen Collection, Esta Parket, Original Parquet) are priced according to weight and zip code, you can see the final shipping cost at checkout

You can see the shipping cost options suitable for your order by adding products to the shopping cart, going to checkout and adding at least a phone number and zip code, after which the system will show the delivery methods to choose from.

Product delivery time estimates by product group:

  • Prefabricated parquet (plank parquet)
    • Some products are always ready in stock at the factories, so the fastest delivery time is about 1 week depending on the delivery address and factory.
    • Many products are made to order, so the delivery time is usually 3-8 weeks. 
  • Mosaic parquet and strip parquet
    • In-stock items are usually shipped the next shipping day
    • A delivery time estimate is given for items not in stock upon request
  • Parquet varnishes and adhesives
    • In-stock products are usually shipped the next day of shipment
    • Varnishes and adhesives and their accessories are usually available quickly, mainly within a week. However, for products not in stock, an estimated delivery time is given upon request
  • Skirting and thresholds
    • Stock products are usually shipped the next day of shipment
    • Surface-treated products are usually manufactured to order within 2 weeks, in busy situations the manufacturing time can be 4 weeks. Often, manufacturing can be done within a week of ordering, but the situation varies and it is best to ask in advance if necessary.
  • Nozzle and stair products
    • Nozzle products in stock are usually shipped the next day on the day of shipment
    • Custom-made elements that are surface-treated and finished are usually manufactured within 2 weeks, in peak situations the manufacturing time can be 4 weeks. Manufacturing is often possible within a week of ordering, but the situation varies and it is best to ask in advance if necessary.
  • Handrails
    • Wooden finished stock products are usually shipped the next day of shipment
    • Brackets in stock are usually shipped the next day of shipment
    • Custom-made elements that are surface-treated, cut and finished are usually manufactured within 2 weeks, in peak situations the manufacturing time can be 4 weeks. Manufacturing is often possible within a week of ordering, but the situation varies and it is best to ask in advance if necessary.
