Mosaic parquet with installation and finish/oil starting at 129 €/m2! The share of household deductible work in the price is 79 €/m2.

The offer applies to our standard collection of 160 mm oak mosaic parquet. 
The price includes mosaic parquet, parquet gluing, parquet sanding and varnishing with a colorless base varnish or alternatively colorless oil/oil waxing.
The offer price is valid for objects over 30 m2 in the greater Helsinki region (excluding areas with paid parking in Helsinki). The offer price includes installation starting from a clean, flat, dry, strong mounting surface and ending with a surface treated floor.

The price does not include and is priced separately:
- parking costs
- performing the work in several parts
- cleaning or emptying the work area of movables before starting
- carrying materials and tools up stairs more than 1 floor (max 25 steps)
- demolition work, removal of old screed and adhesive layers, etc.
- moulding work and modifications and finishing of other structural parts (e.g. shortening of intermediate doors)
