Solid strip oak parquet with installation from 189 €/m2!

Solid strip parquet installed and surface treated starting at 189 €/m2! The share of household deductible work in the price is 117 €/m2. The offer applies to our standard collection of 16×68×408 mm rustic oak strip parquet. 
Natur+ 16×68×408 mm strip parquet installed is 219 €/m2.

The price includes strip parquet, birch plywood, gluing of plywood and parquet, sanding and varnishing of parquet with a colorless base varnish or alternatively colorless oil/oil waxing.
The offer price is valid for objects over 30 m2 in the greater Helsinki region (in areas with paid parking in Helsinki parking charges will be added). The offer price includes installation starting from a clean, flat, dry, strong mounting surface and ending with a surface treated to the floor.

The price does not include and will be charged separately:
- parking costs
- levelling of the subfloor
 - work done in several parts
- cleaning the work area or emptying the area of furniture or other items before starting
- carrying materials and tools up the stairs for more than 1 floor (max. 25 steps)
- demolition work, removal of old screed and adhesive layers, etc.
- molding work and modifications and finishing of other structural parts (e.g. shortening of intermediate doors)

Step insulation glued before installing the strip parquet  +40 €/m2.
