When your parquet or plank floor is worn but intact, it is worth
renovating it with sanding and a new surface treatment. Small local damage can often be repaired in connection with the surface treatment work.
The new surface treatment can be, for example, varnish, oil or paint. Renewing the surface treatment of an old floor is always a more ecological option than renewing the entire floor material!
It is also possible and often profitable to repair solid wood
floors, such as plank floors, mosaic parquet and strip parquet, in the event of water damage or other local damage. It is often also possible to continue the old floor if the room layout changes or fixed furniture is removed, under which there was no flooring material before.
If you want a new look for your parquet floor, the floor can also be tinted. We use the highest quality and safest German surface treatment products on the market. The selection includes durable varnishes, oils and oil waxes to fulfill various wishes.
Painting is also possible if you want a covering
monochrome result.

For a surface treatment quote, we need the following information:
- Area of the area to be renovated
- Photos of the floor
- Exact address of the site and desired implementation schedule
- Information about the material of the old parquet (type of wood, type of parquet if known)
- Information about any patches / repairs that may be needed
- Decade of construction of the site
- Type of house (apartment, row house or detached house)
- Are there any stairs on the way from the car to the work area and if so, how many.
Our service area is mainly Uusimaa. The majority of our projects are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen), but depending on the order backlog, it is also possible to carry out projects in other locations!
